November 1st, 2023 - All Schools are asked to email Patty Kratcha, SERSEF Director, by this date to notify the Southeast Region of upcoming participation.  We ask schools to provide an estimated participation at that time to ensure we have the proper amount of space ready for the fair.

11:59 p.m. Friday, February 2nd, 2024 - SERSEF registration fees and student registration must be submitted to SERSEF by this time.  Fees will not be returned once received.

Monday, February 12th, 2024 - All project paperwork will be reviewed by this date and projects with SRC concerns will be notified on or before this date.

11:59 p.m. Friday, February 23rd, 2024 - Submission deadline of corrections/updates to project submission as notified on February 12th.  Projects with SRC concerns that do not update/correct their submission will be interviewed by the Scientific Review Committee on the day of the fair.

Monday, March 11th, 2024 - 2024 North Dakota Southeast Regional Science and Engineering Fair date (FARGODOME, Fargo, ND)

April 4th - April 5th, 2024 - North Dakota State Science and Engineering Fair (UND, Grand Forks, ND)

May 11th - May 17th, 2024 - International Science and Engineering Fair (Los Angeles, CA)
